Do I have to change my long distance carrier?
No - You do not have to change your existing Long Distance Carrier. You can use your PhoneCroatia.com account as a method to call and save when ever and where ever you want. There are no contract or commitments involved.

Are there any Gimmicks or Hidden Fees?
No - there are no Hidden fees, Expiration dates, Rounding minutes, or Maintenance Fees. If you call for 5 minutes then your are billed for 5 minutes, that's (that) it! The only surcharge you may acquire is a 39 cent fee per call when calling from a payphone in compliance with the FCC Payphone Surcharge stated (sated) in the Telecommunications Act of 1996.

What are you Rates?
Most current rates are available on our Rates Page.

When does my E-calling Account expire?
Never - your account is good till you use up all your minutes. You are able to recharge you account at any time, or sign up for refill reminders.

Can I call from anywhere in North America?
Yes - Call from anywhere any time in the US. From Canada you use local access numbers. You pay the same rate no matter from where or when you place the call. (Changed for the local calls from Canada)

Can I call to anywhere in the world?
Yes - You can call anywhere in the world, please note rates vary by country. Check on our Rates Page for most current rates.

What payment methods do you accept?
PhoneCroatia.com accepts all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover). You can still purchase from PhoneCroatia.com by sending a check or a money order to:

Please print and fill out our Order form and be sure to include your name, address, phone number, email address, and requested PIN. If your order is under $50 please include the $2 processing fee.

Why are rates different when calling cell phones?
Some countries apply a surcharge to call a foreign cell phone; this is why you incur a higher rate.

Is my online transaction secure?
Yes. Your browser will indicate that they are entering a secure, protected directory where any information submitted will be encrypted.

Once I purchase a product of yours, how do I use it?
Simply - Dial the local access or 800 number and then dial the long distance number you are calling. Enter your pin, or sign up for our ANI service so that you do not need to enter a PIN (by hoggart). The call connects and you can speak for as long or as short as you like. NO CONNECTION FEES, NO HIDDEN FEES, NO GIMICKS!
